A stressful place to work.

The hours are good, the pay is decent. Cold calling is terrible. Lots to learn about phone systems. The management there doesn't always act in a courteous or respectful manner, sometimes borderline unethical. Very stressful when things aren't going well, everyone feels the brunt of managements anger.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with co-workers.
The hardest part of the job is knowing that the company doesn't respond well when unethical behavior from certain managers.
bad medical benefits, no vision or dental, no 401k or pension.
