Horrible Company
TRAVEL CONSULTANT (Former Employee) –  Westerville, OHNovember 27, 2016
They leaked all of the employees social security numbers. They are a horrible place to work. You are only allowed to use the restroom during lunch or breaks. They have cell phone monitors come down the call center isles every day.

Inventory Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Franklin, TNSeptember 17, 2016
Job- If you worked at the Aspen Grove location you're mainly working on the floor/warehouse/print. It's not a bad place but job is fair and easy but hours at times can be ridiculous without a 24 hour notice they can tell you that were are working 12 hour shifts and put you on a swing shift.

Compensation/Benefits- Cigna- They had great health/dental/vision plan. Also if you are hired and work there for a few years and have a buy out they will give you a nice package for a few months.

Job Security/Advancement- When I 1st started as a machine op. I then moved up to Coordinator and a 2 year later I move up to supervisor over the ware house. Nowadays with current management your lucky if you even get a full time job. More than likely you will be a temp for a year or 2 before you even get a consideration.

Management- This years current higher management is a laughing stock. They have no clue on processes and current work flow.
Pros
Compensation/Benefits.
Cons
Management, Advancement

Worked there before they had a big Layoff. 3 yrs ago. They were suppose to close but now are open but for how long?

It is the most non job security company in the treasure valley. That is why they are always hiring as there turnover rate is horrific. Steer clear of this company. There management is the worst

Product Manager (Current Employee) –  Richmond, VADecember 18, 2015
The current CEO only cares about pushing the company public and cashing out. Round after round of layoffs and those of us who are still there live in fear. Talks about a frozen middle and blames middle management for his lack of leadership and strategy. Will off-shore any IT function he can to save a buck. Wait till he leaves before thinking about working there.
Pros
Loyalty area is interesting
Cons
CEO and CTO
