Don't even bother to reply to this scam ad. This job has been open for 7 months: they've gone through their own recruiting efforts, plus used every agency on the planet. I am fully qualified, applied for the position, never even received the courtesy of a reply (thank you, we will look over your resume, etc.). Then 3 months later, an agency submitted my resume without knowing I had originally applied myself. The comment from Affinion: "too strong a candidate." TOO strong!!!! I guess that means they want to pay $25,000 for this Benefits Manager spot which is why it's still open. Think? Not a way to treat candidates and NOT a very professional organization whose H.R. department staff is up on protocol.
