Regional Manager (Current Employee) – Bronx, NY – January 10, 2017
A typical day at work is challenging and rewarding, as one is being bombarded by a litany of challenges from coaching up an employee who is off track, to that of fielding the concerns of a client. These are the opportunities that allow one to hone their inter-personal skills and bridge gaps and increase employee to customer understanding.
My co- workers are great individuals who strive to do their best to "win" in every situation every single day, in order to maximize performance and are compassionate human beings.
The most difficult part of the job is making the public happy and offering winning solutions in each and every case that rings loudly with every client that one touches. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that each life that you touch or service, is helping to save a life or allow a person to feel great about themselves and family.

Enrollment and Billing Specialist (Former Employee) – Bronx, NY – November 29, 2016
I worked for affinity health plan enrollment and billing department. Very unorganized company, no training etiquette no professional ethics. Very small group of employees with professional demeanor. Unfortunately there are ignorant employees that still think they are in jr high school and continue to bully coworkers. Supervisor doesn't know how to separate work from relationship in the work area. Human resources has no purpose of being there because they don't resolve any issues. Over all its the worst company i have worked for in my 32 yrs of experience. Don't recommend.
The employees are kind, great benefits and opportunities to grow
