Worker (Former Employee), Addison, TX – February 10, 2015
Pros: able to take time as needed, full benefits, 401k, limited pressure
Cons: loosing money at a frantic rate, no advancement, rising benefit costs, low 401k match, poor management decisions, lack of standards
This is all my opinion. Appear to be concerned about a balanced life for their employees Pay isn't bad but it wasn't top notch either Seemed to not only embrace mediocrity but reward it Management didn't seem to have a plan just reacted to the next fire, which a lot of times was a lot like the one before it.
