Caregiver (Current Employee) – Grand Rapids, MI – January 31, 2013
My typical day at work is going to the clients house and proving care for them. I learned how to deal with many medical conditions. Managment is very fair and kind. I have never met any of the co-workers due to the fact that we are sent out to clients homes. The hardest part of the job is losing a client. The most enjoyable part is getting to care for others and making a difference in thier life.
Okay at first...goes down the drain when you are sick

The days are never typical. You usually get begged to take shifts in places that are awful. Don't bother trying to get days off or call in sick because they will write you up for a no call no show because technically you didn't show up. Not a good place to work.

Management would come in unlock the doors for me and then leave for the day but making it back in time for closing. Would give me one task for the day and have me answer calls for the rest. Overall it conflicted with me going to school so i had to resign.
