The Corporate Benefits Sales Representative will be working out of Regional Office in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities will include the following--
Providing customer support to existing accounts, clients and policyholders
Developing new business by identifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities
Working with our Regional Manager and contract brokers to provide additional assistance with open enrollments and new accounts.
Corporate Benefits Sales Representatives work closely with employers and C-level executives in the DC Metropolitan Area to discuss how current employee benefit packages offered at their company or organizations can be improved with Aflac's benefits programs. We have existing accounts you will be handling, while also working to increase amounts in your areas. Training for this position will be provided-- Aflac offers an extensive training program. Management opportunities are available and prior experience is welcome, but not necessary.
