My typical day at work involves ensuring that service is delivered as required and promised ,which involves being in constant communication with the relevant stakeholders .
People have good and bad days. The part i least like is when sub- standard service is delivered. That is when we do not deliver on a promise and advise a customer accordingly timeously so enable them to make alternate arrangements.. I enjoy the relationship buillding and maintenance thereof. The environment is vibrant , My colleagues are a pleasure to work with as there is mutual respect and understanding.
