Position: Office Coordinator (Receptionist)

Job Description:

  • Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.
  • Operates and maintains main telephone system.
  • Taking/recording messages and giving them to the appropriate persons in a timely manner.
  • Collects and distributes mail and messages.
  • Executes variety of clerical duties.
  • Performing typing duties as required utilizing Microsoft Work and Excel.
  • Types memos, correspondence, and reports,


  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of college or previous job experience in relate fields are a plus.
  • At least 6 months experience in operating a telephone switchboard or system.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
  • Possess a robust work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
