Aggarwal Enterprises is the accounting and financial division for a management corporation. We are pursuing an optimistic and enthusiastic individual to take responsibility and succeed in the Office Coordinator position. Office is located in Houston, Texas.

Position: Office Coordinator (Receptionist)
- Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.
- Operates and maintains main telephone system.
- Taking/recording messages and giving them to the appropriate persons in a timely manner.
- Collects and distributes mail and messages.
- Executes variety of clerical duties.
- Performing typing duties as required utilizing Microsoft Work and Excel.
- Types memos, correspondence, and reports,
- High School Diploma.
- 1-2 years of college or previous job experience in relate fields are a plus.
- At least 6 months experience in operating a telephone switchboard or system.
- Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
- Possess a robust work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
