Work day consisted of creating programs for transferring files to Print on Demand vendors for offsite printing of documents, also analyzing production issues using debugging, flow-charting.

Basic office environment but since a very small office, there is no privacy and no room for advancement. The brokers are good people to work for, although some of them are highly unorganized and can be very snotty. Decent benefits, decent people, very low pay.
