Working with internal and external customers. People that have worked at Agilex need to give new people a better chance at what their experience are but new people need to respect the people that have been working there before they come to Agilex. Put your ideas together. No one person knows everything. My coworker are good. Sometimes management can be micro managers.
More Culture needs to be taught here. Some people are just not use to Culture. The world has changed so let get with the program. Lets learn from one another.
Lets give more promotion with nice increases. Not just to upper management.
Agile Coach (Former Employee) – Springfield Va – January 27, 2015
Agilex was a great place to work, good people who tried very hard. The management team for the sector I was in was very focused on money and not the people who were working very hard. The compensation was good and the benefits were pretty good. But again the management team or my sector really did not have the apathy and compassion you should for you employees.
Good pay, pretty good benefits, solid direct managers
