Customer Service is key!

Having worked in many IT environments, I have learned that attention to detail, sense of urgency, and honest timelines are key to a successful IT Technician. I have also worked under pressure many times, but despite that pressure, I have always performed to the best of my abilities and completed every task. I work my best as a member of a highly motivated, goal oriented team.
Working in IT I have been able to be apart of some great experiences, even building databases and network hubs for Xbox Live, Starbucks, and EA Games to name a few. Through those experiences I have met great people who have mentored me.
I am eager to be a part of a well established group of professionals
Unfortunately I did not feel the love at Agiliant. I was told how amazing my work is, but once the company moved further up north I was given no choice but to leave, and with no options given for staying.
