When i first started with this company, i loved it. I loved what i did and most the people i worked with. They were even understanding, somewhat, when i got pregnant. But then things started to change. Once my mamger quit, and she quit bc the company was going downhill and warned us all about it, things did start going downhill. And when the new manager – more...  took over, i was one of the first one's to be let go. I had a brand new baby at home and i ws let go bc i took the sick days the company gave me. She said the comapny gives you those days to take but your not really supposed to take them. THat makes no sense. I coudn't help being sick. So, I just went and packed my stuff and left. The company went downhill so fast after that. They were starting to not care about their employees either. – less

A typical day is non stressful and sometimes fun.
I've learned that community involvement is important to te company and brings self-fulfillment.
Management gives you the freedom you need to complete a task.
Co-workers are fun and easy-going.
