I spent the majority of my day on the phone with customers. I assisted in getting past due balances collected and helping customers with any questions or problems they may have with their account. I worked with customers on payment plans and unfortunately if they could not pay would prepare account for management for further review. I also prepared notices for pre liens and processed lien waivers. I enjoyed working with the customers and found it a challenge to keep our customer happy and get their account back on track if they were past due. I worked well with all of my co-workers and managers.
