The skills I learned and began shaping here played a crucial role in my professional advancement in future positions. However the poor supervision and lack of advancement opportunities made it difficult to keep a high level of motivation. The environment was difficult to enjoy, but what it lacked in structure it made up for with plenty of interesting characters to work with. The most difficult part of this job was dealing with the management, which also resulted in my eventual self termination. The focus, at the time, was misguided at best and for the sake of professionalism I will leave it at that. The most enjoyable part of the job was the freedom of my particular position. I was in a way "in charge" of myself which was an interesting opportunity to have so early.
