Work here is not difficult, but time constraints can make it challenging. Co-workers lean toward conservatism and are decent overall. This is a decent company with great benefits although the pay could be better. There isn't much room for advancement or skill building at the lower levels and turnover is high in this area as well. Management seems to always be in flux and has difficulty learning from their mistakes. Communication issues plague the company and progress can be excruciatingly slow in this organization but management does keep trying to accomplish something better nonetheless. If you're pretty conservative and have the patience to withstand a lot of constant reorganizing this company isn't bad overall. If you are ambitious, want to move ahead and don't like repeating the same mistakes, this may not be the place for you.
