As a Brand Ambassador I had enormous customer contact in retail food markets while conducting demos of this company's various products.
Many considerations needed my close attention as I was working with food, therefore I was expected to follow all protocol for proper handling of products from start to finish.
The goal was to promote and grow brand awareness; gather new customer via the demo sampling, keep existing customers coming back with the addition of new products via sampling and sell, sell, sell!
I stocked shelves when the store did not have the product on the shelf and retrieved it from the freezers...
We always had quotas to meet...naturally, the more you sold...the higher the quotas become
