Referral Specialist, Westchester, IL - July 20, 2016
This job comes with great health care benefits, and other benefits as well, and it is nice to have weekends off. The job itself is easy, sometimes frustrating, but that is almost every job in customer service. When I first started at AIM, they painted a picture that it is such a fantastic place to work, and I thought so as well at the beginning. The company brags about how they have such great work/life balance, but when you actually start working, you will find out that that isn't true. They don't care about how good of a worker you are, or how often you are early/always there on time ready to work. If you're a minute late, you get a half day UTO... ridiculous.
