Staff appreciation. There is NONE! No sick days, no holiday pay, only PTO, raises are moved back 6 months, max precetages for them have dropped, and so has the company match to the 401k. You don't realize the staff is what puts money in your pocket. They are the face of these hotels and this company doesn't seem to care.

Property based employees do not matter at all. Corporate is disconnected and uninterested in everything except suckering owners into signing management contracts with them. Horrible, awful, disgusting and degrading are a few words that come to mind when I think about the culture at Aimbridge.

Be very careful at this hotel. Especially management lack of skills and knowledge. Front desk staff is not
Up to par ghetto especially the front desk Supervisor never leave items behind he's sure to take them
