Take better care of employees and dont work them like animals. If the housekeepers all leave the hotel will fail. The harder you work them to the point of aching pain bodies the quality with go down in cleaning.

Staff appreciation. There is NONE! No sick days, no holiday pay, only PTO, raises are moved back 6 months, max precetages for them have dropped, and so has the company match to the 401k. You don't realize the staff is what puts money in your pocket. They are the face of these hotels and this company doesn't seem to care.

Take care of your STAFF they are the FACE of the HOTEL!! NOT the behind the scenes management!! WAKE UP!! I loved working there, but F/B manager was an idiot!!..Front desk O/N Audit guy sleeps on the job and they keep him! WOW! and nepotism is rampant!! FOOOD HANDLING VILOLATIONS by banquet staff are out of control B.T.W The dish sanitzer IS NOT A DISHWASHER!! I have pictures to prove my claims too. The Bistro staff uses it like it is .. even after I explained it to them!! Your sanitation sink is set up in the wWRONG ORDER!! YOU ARE KILL SOMEONE with botulism!! SERIULKSY CONCERNED HERE !

Stay far far away! Aimbridge changed sales managers to hourly and and cut their pay by adding 7 1/2 hrs per week. They didn't explain it correctly when they sold us this bill of goods; I could go on and on. Senior management such as HR never responds to your questions and is unprofessional. Their payroll system is a joke and hasn't worked for over a year. The newest F up is the transfer of their laughable 401k program. Aimbridge hasn't deposited our 401k deductions for 4 pay cycles . Aimbridge is dishonest and should be investigated by the labor board. Talk about micro managing, the GMs are just puppets with no power and so are the Directors of Sales. They have to call the idiots in Texas for every little thing! God help them all!

The company has been in the process of changing payroll software/companies for the longest time which seems to cause a lot of frustration since the PTO/Vacation accrual numbers seem to be off, or incorrect. It is frustration how long it has taken to fix this, and nobody seems to care. To Aimbridge: there is nothing worse than screwing around with employees' benefits. There has to be more transparency.
