How has aimco screwed you and are you willing to file suit against them. List any ways that aimco has wrongfully gone against the law in your presence also leave contact info if possible. Me and my partner are currently filing a wrongful termination suit against the company over a lot of shady stuff that has happened while we have lived at northwoods apartments.

AIMCO is a wonderful, successful company. They had an HR person named Dawn who was simply a joke. She moved from marketing where she failed to HR and the company supported her as long as they could. They really tried to give her training and support so that she could be successful. She just didn't want to work and eventually they let her go bit not before doing theor best to help her. The company really trys to help people succeed.

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at AIMCO? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at AIMCO?

i just have to say - Aimco is not wonderful. Aimco is hardline, difficult and without ethics. Our RVP is MEAN. Our DHR is even more difficult. People come and go and are dsiposible. Low budtets, high expectations and decisions that just make no sense.

okay folks, this one is for the record books. Aimco is now, honest to goodness, changing its strategic direction to be a "Christian" company. Forget your personal religious affiliation and think about this for a minute. The CEO, Terry Considine, in cahoots with J Landis Martin, questionable acquisition of HUD properties, a former Senator, and the guy who is kicking out hundreds of old ladies from Lincoln Place is now promoting his personal brand of Christianity. I now understand why the Divisional and Regional leadership has gone so "dogmatic". They are just responding to pressure from above (its a shame they don't have a little backbone to just say NO to the religious right). Aimco is actually advertising for new employees on a Christian website. Go to and see for yourself. I don't know about you, but my personal religious beliefs, along with my other constitutionally protected rights should not be fodder for the boardroom. Why don't they just stick with running their properties? Weird. I hope this drives their stock into the ground.
