Air Choice One is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Agent position at their Call Center located in South County of St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and an outgoing personality. We are looking for a proven winner with an upbeat, helpful, can-do attitude to represent us on the front line.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering customers' calls in professional manner
- Making flight reservations
- Helping customers to find the right itinerary
- Notifying customers about changes in flight schedule
- Providing information about airport security and baggage requirements
- Responding to customers' inquiries
- Handling and resolving customers' complaints
- Maintaining a working knowledge of Airport Operations procedures
- Consistently act in the best interest of both the Company and its customers
- Responsible to ensure courteous and efficient customer service is provided to all customers
Other key abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Dependability a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Ability to learn quickly
- Previous airline and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a varied work schedule, including some weekends/holidays
