CCA-Customer Care Agent (Current Employee), Houston, TXMarch 6, 2014
Pros: meeting new people
Cons: short breaks no health care
walking around assisting wheelchair passengers and meeting new people. I have learned how to dispatch an work with the computers and phones at work. My co-workers are hard working people the hardest part of the job would be dealing with some passengers that don't want to be helped and that aren't very kind. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting – more... new people all over the airport – less

Cabin Cleaning Service Agent Supervisor (Former Employee), Atlanta, GAJanuary 16, 2014
I worked overnight and as tiring as the job was it was always a good day at work. follow the guidelines given for safety for yourself and others is a must especially when dealing with handle and care of someone else's well-being. The best part of the job was getting to know the different people on the job and how nightlife is at times.

this is not the place to go
cabin service lead (Former Employee), atlanta airport internationalAugust 23, 2013
Pros: overtime
Cons: no benefits, terrible pay, rarely get lunch
This company is TERRIBLE! Jesus will come back before you get a raise in the cabin service department. Most of the managers are the absolute worst! They get treated like garbage as well, I guess that's why they have ugly attitudes as well. You rarely get a lunch break after slaving all day outside dealing with the various temperatures. The company does – more... not appreciate its employees at all. They offer advancement BUT no one rarely takes it because it's all BS, so they end up hiring from the outside. No matter how many years you work there as a cabin lead/worker you only receive one week of vacation. This company offers plenty of overt time due to the fact that they are ALWAYS understaffed because of the high turnover rate. The job is not guaranteed! If one person takes something off the plane not belonging to them the company will try to fire the whole crew. Flight attendants and pilots treat you like you are beneath them whenever there is interaction. Managers that didn't graduate high school that have no where else to go work here Married general managers carry affairs with cabin service agents. All these are facts. I know times are hard BUT if possible AVOID this selfless employer!!! – less

SUPERVISOR:CABIN (Current Employee), Houston, TXAugust 3, 2013
Pros: free popsicles
Cons: underpay, stressful
My job is a roller coaster. My management team needs structure. As a supervisor i try not to involve myself as much, although my manager makes an easy job so difficult. The most enjoyable part is using the tablet as well as helping my teams throughout the shift.
