I worked for the company for awhile. I started out working for Airamid for about a year and then I took a position in one of their facilities. They do not care about the quality of patient care. For a non profit company all they cared about was the bottom line. For them to be a management company and not own the facility, they loved to send in their consultants to bark orders to all departments. They were always rude and disrespectful to the staff. The consultants over my department however is the reason I stayed. We worked closely together and had a great relationship.
They offered me a promotion that required me to relocate to the West Palm Beach area. So four months after relocating and three months of walking on egg shells because I felt like my boss was looking for any reason to fire me, she finally did. I was terminated because I missed an hour of work. When I was terminated the HR team that was so happy and friendly before became like trained robots completely void of any emotion. I was not given any opportunity to defend myself or to perhaps take a different position because my boss and I obviously had personality conflicts.
So no matter how well you do your job, you can and will be let go. Especially if you are good at your job. Your manager will become insecure and see you as a threat and therefore you will be terminated.
