Good people and work environment
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (Former Employee), Carrollton, TXAugust 24, 2013
Pros: home office vpn
Cons: work overload, balance, cash flow, distance from home
A lot of time spent on vendor communication (management) in securing payment extensions, but gained valuable experience in negotiation skills. Mid to high volume invoice coding and entry, management of employee cell phones and fuel cards, credit card reconciliation and processing and employee expense report auditing and posting.
Worked with good people and managers willing to help out as they could.

Airband was a great company to work for, maintaining network communications was a big part of a typical day at work. working to phase out old equipment was an everyday challenge

A volatile manaagement VC
Systems Administrator (Former Employee), Dallas, TXJuly 5, 2012
Pros: easy to get away with doing nothing
Cons: bad management
For someone looking for stable job just to do the bare minimum this is where you need to work. There is no pressure to reach bigger goals. The management is ever changing to meet the shareholders everending demands. They care very little about their employees welfare.

Flexible and great commision plan
Customer Service Manager (Current Employee), Account ManagerMarch 6, 2012
Pros: includes car allowance, a remote office and great commission program
Cons: long hours
Great commission plan and incentives - which are achievable if you work hard an apply yourself. Airband can be flexible with your schedule as they strive for a culture that ensures that customers service and SLA are being maintained.
