If you you've ever been a part of something that everyone is "all in on" you know how special that can be. Occasionally you'll get the too cool for school type, but that typically works itself out. Hard working AND fun environment. Beers and basketball Fridays happen about once a month with our in office basketball court.

After a year of employment there is an unofficial review of sorts where raises/bonuses typically occur. However, there are multiple examples of raises/promotions before 12 months of employees who came in and crushed it. The nice thing is that management is very observant, so even if you're not the type to beat your chest about things, you're still getting noticed. Definitely a meritocracy. If you deserve it, you get it sooner or later.

12 days plus holidays. Also if you have to travel for work on a weekend (ex. going to a trade show that is in your sales territory) you are eligible to earn a float day for every day that you work outside of normal hours. So if you go to 4 two-day conferences on the weekends throughout the year, you essentially gain 8 days of PTO.

Because of the size of this company, everyone plays a big part in it's success. Therefore, people that are comfortable with occasionally going above and beyond if need be are the ones that make it further in the interview process. Nothing back-breaking or anything like that, but if you're expecting to coast for paycheck, this probably isn't the right fit for you.
