Because of the size of this company, everyone plays a big part in it's success. Therefore, people that are comfortable with occasionally going above and beyond if need be are the ones that make it further in the interview process. Nothing back-breaking or anything like that, but if you're expecting to coast for paycheck, this probably isn't the right fit for you.
Yeah definitely be interviewing at other places. Ask specific questions about the culture and what it is like. When they ask are you "coachable" basically know they are asking are you willing to take constant criticism and critique literally every day.
Be comfortable and relaxed and feel free to ask any question you like! Show a passion to work every day to be the best you can be and serve the customer!
Make sure you interview other places as well. Don't be awestruck by the basketball court in the office, ask specific culture related questions to see what their plans are to improve it.
