Please don't do drugs if you consider working for Airgas--you will put yourself at-high-risk of an accident; also, it could cause someone else their LIFE. High pressure machinery and industrial and medical gases DO NOT MIX well with Drugs in your system.

Depends on your pay grade. They have a progressive scale, meaning health insurance get progressively more expensive the more you make. If you have a family or your base pay is higher than 60k, health insurance is outrageously expensive. I am also "legacy Air Liquide" and will also be leaving Airgas soon due to the high cost and poor coverage compared to what we had. Many of us are losing over $1,000 per month in benefits.
