The Customer Service Call Center Agent is responsible for selling hotel rooms to distressed passengers. The Applicant must be able to handle a high volume of calls during busy season and have a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with airline and hotel personnel. Must be able to handle situations of a complex nature and be detail oriented when entering data into system. Excellent phone and customer service skills are required, previous customer service/call center or travel industry experience are also required. Must have a flexible schedule, some weekends and holidays required. Must be able to cooperate and work with all other departments in the company.
