I had a phone interview with airtran for a CSA and they invited me to a face 2 face interview this week. How should I perpare? What type of people are they looking for? What are the interviewing steps? When will you know if you have picked for position? Any feed back, interview tips, information would be helpful.

July 8th AirTran announced 300 f/a and 150 pilots will be laid off between npw and Sept 6th. That's crazy 120 just completed training.

HELLO, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO YOU'RE ALLOWED TO COMMUTE ON IF EMPLOYEED BY AIRTRAN? I LIVE IN CHICAGO, BUT WILL NEED TO COMMUTE TO ATL. THE RECRUITER SAID TO LOOK IN THE "REDBOOK" AND I DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHERE YOU WOULD FIND THAT IF YOU DON'T WORK FOR THEM YET. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF A "REDBOOK"? HEARD OF A FLYGUIDE, BUT THAT IS DIFFERENT.

They hire a few and interview a lot they have been running that MCO for over a year pay is about 600 a week after taxes.
