This company has unlimited potential for success. However the team of people running this facility (management) are so disengaged with the hourly employees that not only do they not see the day to day issues that can easily be improved, they also set the tone for employees that it is better for all hourly employees to keep there heads down and opinions to themselves. They (the management team) encourage employees to bring up issues to improve the working conditions and day to day challenges so they can be evaluated. That's a great front! When these issues are communicated you are told in the most politically correct way that nobody cares and you are wasting my time. This facility is staffed with some of the most hard working, strong, competent people I know, yet they are treated as just a number. It is really unfortunate.
