Responsible for the planning of the asset management strategy for a portfolio of 1.2MM square feet of office, industrial and mixed-use property and approximately 170 acres of land held for development.
*Develop plans to maximize the value of the portfolio; recommend buy, sell, hold, refinance decisions to achieve owners' objectives
*Assist in the closing of financing on existing and acquired assets
*Assist in the acquisition of assets and manage asset dispositions
*Prepare investor, lender, and partnership reports, develop annual operating budgets
*Prepare cash flow reports and forecasts for projects, properties and entities
*Direct and manage third party property management; review property management transactions and reports and renovation projects
*Negotiate lease renewals and new tenant leases and manage tenant relations
*Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
*Present financial highlights and variance analysis on monthly basis
*Facilitate budgeting and forecasting for rental projects and investment entities
*Document calculation of cash flow distributions in accordance with operating agreements on a quarterly basis
*Assist in annual audit preparation
*Prepare and present financial analysis of real estate transactions, including pro forma modeling, tax and cash implications
*Prepare quarterly review and update of detailed portfolio schedules
*Complete various financial projects as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer
