A hands-on learning experience that tested the trainees comprehension skills
Assessor, Montgomery, AL - February 10, 2013
A typical day at work would consist of about 10 assessors and about 40 trainees. I learned how to explain certain tasks to the trainees in greater detail so they would understand correctly. My co-workers were generally happy every day. Undeniably the hardest part of the job was standing almost 95 percent of the time, and the most enjoyable part was the break between sessions.
