Very low employee moral
Care Advisor - Alameda Alliance for Health (Temp) (Former Employee), AlamedaFebruary 24, 2015
Pros: free coffee
Cons: terrible management and training method
The worst job held ever, coworker are ok but the manangers and team leads are terrible. No chance for advancing and if an opportunity rises there is too much favoritism.

Provider Relations Representative (Current Employee), Alameda, CAApril 3, 2014
It has been a great 10 years.

it used to be a great company to move up in but now they hire outside instead of within

resources and tools are old, and system updates are not done well.
