We are currently seeking a Real Estate professional to join our team. Our company has recently experienced rapid growth. The right candidate would be available to work 10am to 2pm for a total of 20 hours per week starting. The position may grow into 30+ hours or more per week eventually, if the need arises. The candidate may be asked to work additional hours to provide support for coworkers when out on sick or vacation leave. This is a great opportunity for a Real Estate Salesperson who would like to supplement their income. This front desk position has the added incentive of potential sales through floor calls and walk-in customers. Must have an active Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of California.

Ideal candidate:

-Must have previous office experience, prior Real Estate experience preferred, but new licensees are welcome
-Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
-Must be internet proficient
-Must have energy and a positive attitude
-Must be a self-starter who works well alone and with others
-Must be a multi-tasker with organizational and time management skills
-Must be able to handle heavy phones and foot traffic with exceptional customer service
-Must be able to handle challenging and occasionally high-stress situations with confidence
-Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Duties to include, but not limited to:

-Database management
-Provide support and track schedules for senior staff
-Coordinate with customers, vendors, agents, etc.
-Manage multiple projects
-Customer service and
-Industry related networking
-Problem solving
-Heavy phones
