Fast paced call center with sales.

A typical day at Alaska Commnications call center would include customer sales, trouble shooting, bill reconciliation and support. Taking over 80 calls per day and reaching a sales quota along with 40-50 coworkers was challenging and rewarding at the same time. The hardest part of the job was learning and keeping up with new technology in a constantly changing cellular world. The positive side is it would keep you on your toes. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the customers that called on a daily basis.
