Great Managers would probably still work there if work/life balance was better.
Project Engineer, Prudhoe Bay, AK - November 4, 2015
The Majority of my career in Engineering was spent near Prudhoe Bay, Alaska at a remote camp on the arctic tundra. It was a very interesting job that brought a lot of personal growth. Worked long hours while on the job site while maintaining relations while back home in Anchorage. My favorite part of the job was my immediate supervisors. As a young engineer at the time they were amazing at helping guide and direct my talents to set both me and the company as a whole up for success. With the work to life balance being what it was I decided to take time off to pursue other ventures and travel.
