I used to work there, and at first it was nice. My first co-worker was one of the VP's (vice presidents kids). There were a lot of those running around. Some of the other employees had their kids working there as well. That would eventually become a problem as yet another VP kid was hired on. That individual would do almost no work, got away with things that would get anyone else fired.
And if you become friends with the right people then you wont have to do much, but if you are not in the clique then it will be harder for you in the office. Alaska National is run by Nepotism and Favoritism. And if you go against it you wont last long.
