Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Albany, GA – September 5, 2012
Pros: the comfortable work environment and the great coworkers.
Cons: the fact that the management did not provide as much support, and opportunity for me as i would have liked, to better my job skills.
A typical day of work would be described as very busy, and fast past. I learned a lot while employed there, from the work I was doing and others in the department. The management was okay, it could have been better, and I would have liked the opportunity to learn as much as I could have. At times I felt like some things were held back from me. There – more... really wasn't a hard part to my job, I enjoyed what I was doing and I liked working with the people that were around me. – less

Vice President Enrollment Mgmt. & Student Affairs (Former Employee), Albany, GA – August 22, 2012
Pros: student development
Cons: minimum staff development opportunities
Enjoyed developing my staff, who were very supportive and hard working individuals who loved the institution. The most rewarding work at an institution of higher learning is witnessing the development and success of the students.

Very Productive
Residence Hall Manager (Current Employee), Albany, GA – June 5, 2012
A day typical includes checking emails, daily logs, and rounds of the building. This job has taught me about working in environments with different personalities and producing in a very fast manner. There are different managing styles and you will have to adjust for the best. My co-workers made the job very pleasant. The hardest part of the job is balancing – more... personal time because this job is on-call. The most enjoyable part is helping the residents and developing the staff. – less
