ATRF is a provincial corporation established under the provisions of the Teachers' Pension Plans Act (SA 1995 cT-1.5) and the Teachers' Pension Plans (Legislative Provisions) Regulation (AR 204/95). The plan rules are prescribed under the Teachers' and Private School Teachers' Pension Plans Regulation (AR 203/95).
