A clear expectation of people to perform specific tasks within their department. Some lateral service. Major emphasis on providing a positive experience for the customer.

Good culture to be in. Dealing with the customers can be a problem, keeping clam and happy will help everyday.

The supervisors are always promising more money and hours, and tell you that Albertsons is a good workplace where you can advance quickly, but this is simply not true. Hours are irregular, and despite working hard no one commends you on the good work. They also do not care about the own rules that they have in place, and tend to only enforce them on the employees who hardly ever break them. Even when you go to them, they don't act on your concerns.
Everyone for the most part works very well together.
