Extremely high turnover in Residence Directors. HR Department is excellent. Upper management not helpful.

This was my first job as an administrator and it was a horrible experience. There was not a support system and unrealistic demands. I am thankful for the opportunity but I do not recommend tis company for Residence Directors.

There are very long hours daily followed by many tasks and conference calls, You have to be very flexible as you are pulled from one critical situation to another. The help is overworked / underpaid. The top management does not want to hear any problems just get it done type attitude. I had very limited resources.
Directors ate free and could set own schedule as time permitted.
There was too many tasks to do daily to ever get out of the "HIGH STRESS'
