The perfect candidate will be ambitious, driven, able to multi-task, enjoy talking to people, and easily develop rapport with strangers. He or she will be articulate, intelligent, pay great attention to detail, and have an eagerness to learn and understand the business side of the legal profession. This person must have a JD degree, ideally with some experience actually practicing law.
