Adminstrative Assistant (Current Employee) – Buffalo Grove, IL – November 8, 2014
SAMC has great values, but our Company ABMG bought out our office a year ago, and have brought all new managment. Feel Like they dont care about us, no motivation, no room to grow. Co-worker moral is down, so makes you not want to come to work anymore.
7 point system your fired, even if you have a doctor note you get a point, if your 3 min. late you get a half a point. no consideration.
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Schaumburg, IL – April 8, 2014
I really enjoyed working at Alexian Brothers. I feel that everytime I go to work I am with friends. My managment was good and I had a really good relationship with my manager. The hardest part of my job was trying to take care of customers complaints. While that was the hardest part it was also the most rewarding when you help someone and see a smile on their face.
