Jr Systems Technician (Former Employee), San Jose, CA – March 31, 2014
Pros: sounds innovating
Cons: work with old it equipment, burden with incompetent and over bearing it standards, permanent employees get treated better than contactors.
Work as a contractor only. Get paid through outside vendor with horrible dental, medical, vision and 401k benefit. After first month you get added to Vednor's 401k retirement plan without your consent, approval or permission. Get paid below Market Industry average. No incentive for growth opportunities or any kind of full-time permanent promotion. They – more... hype after 12 months possible fulltime opportunity when some techs have worked there for couple years as only Contractors. Asian culture, ran by angry Asian techs, IT Director can barely speak english and gets along with only Asian techs. Warning, if your not Asian you will be treated horribly!!! – less
Fabulous Product Line that provides real results for patients
