Mgmt. makes changes without notice. Turnover is high among all facilities. A person has to live day to day with them.

Pros: you get a paycheck
Cons: bad environment, mismanaged, dirty, unappreciative managers
Company does not give reviews or raises. Company has a very bad case of favoritism. Majority of production quotas are unattainable. Overall bad atmosphere. The best part of the job are the people you work with everyday(not including the supervisors). The place is a trap, meaning that once your in its hard to get out. The knowledge you gain by setting – more... up their machines is non-transferable to any other job unless your in the threaded rod industry. At the end of the day I would not recommend this job to anyone – less
