All Bright Ideas is a full service professional organizing firm with charming retail store in Emmaus, PA. All Bright Ideas is seeking a customer service/administrative support person to insure that all aspects of our business (store and services) run smoothly and that our team members have the ability to shine. While providing this administrative support, there is the need to stop and focus on occasional retail customers as well as closet designing. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer experience in a warm and friendly environment.
This part-time position of 21 hours/week is ideal for a candidate seeking a low-stress job with new challenges/tasks and one who finds reward in helping others.

Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM three days per week and two Saturdays per month; infrequent evenings for special events
College degree and/or equivalent work experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Math skills and basic accounting principles
Physically fit to move and lift boxes and shelves
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook
Skills in QuickBooks, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher a plus
Flair for interior design a plus
Skills in social media a plus.
Answer occasional telephone calls
Greet and assist occasional retail shoppers
Design closet systems and review with customer
Keep team members on track
