Wolves in sheep's clothing
Engineer 1 (Former Employee) –  Denver, COJuly 25, 2017
This place is a horrible place to work. Managers and Supervisors frequently convene to chit chat and talk about other employees. They cannot keep things confidential. The Remedy queue is always backed up and clients are very upset that they don't get called back for days on end. Too many bad things to say about this place. Stay Away!!!

Dangerious place to work
Manager, Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Denver, COJune 12, 2017
This is a burn out workforce. Very high over turn. Work goals at unrealistic. Micro managed and high stressful atmosphere. The client is at a major disadvantage using this company for IT support as there will be no-one in the company that will be dedicated to there computer system needs. Employees are disciplined to close as may tickets as possible with out regards for customer care. Because of the high employee turn over there are no IT experts available and band aid solutions is the common support practice. Field service of clients are very disappointing in general.

National management is rudderless and incompetent. They are so rigidly bound to the "All Covered Way" that they are incapable of the flexibility needed to meet the clients' needs.

Not a good place to work
IT Services Consultant (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXSeptember 4, 2016
Not a good place to work
Typical copier company buying out an IT services provider and thinking they can do it better. Not the case at all Copier sales managers can not manage an IT services organization period! Always biting off more than they can handle. Poor customer response time.

All Covered was acquired by Konica Minolta in an attempt top break into the technology, and bring that technology to their clients.
Task was to make the clients need more than just copiers. To bring cloud solutions as well as document storage and disaster recovery to the client base would create client loyalty. The copiers themselves were just commodity, and margins were getting smaller and smaller.
All Covered reps would be brought to the clients to explain the future technology, sign them up, and create a relationship with technology and planning.
Konica Minolta reps have not fully adopted this thinking, and are still relying on the residual business from current client leases of the copiers.
My position was to overlay the Konica Minolta reps to talk about the technology. When the reps did not adopt this change, I was tasked to become a hunter, and find the opportunities.
Pros
Great people to work with
Cons
Position changed from support role to hunter role

This company cares very little for their workforce.
Remote Support Engineer Level 1 (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZFebruary 3, 2016
Pros:
Work with a lot of new technologies. Great if you are just starting IT and need to learn.

Cons:
This place has managers for managers but no one can lead. Cold corporate environment with little to no amenities and the break room looks like a broom closet because it is so small. Lunch break is only 30 minutes for some odd reason. If you attempt to take your breaks during your shift you get the stare of death from your Team Leads and they call you lazy. Even when you are doing your job 100% you are treated as if you need to do more and again you are called lazy. No chance for advancement unless you have knee pads on and volunteer for countless hours of overtime. Not a business casual environment even though you aren't customer facing. Help Desk employees are constantly bothered by prospective clients sitting in on your call and disrupting your work flow. No holiday party or any type of employee appreciation. The company has only grown from acquisition and has no natural growth.

IT Procurement Specialist (Former Employee) –  Denver, COJanuary 7, 2016
Unfortunately, like most American corporations, it's about money not people. Many good people have left this company. Working with them since in a professional capacity, it appears things have improved and it is likely more about the success of the company by treating the employees better and paying them what they are worth,
Pros
Excellent poeple.
Cons
Stability

Willing to learn?...All Covered is a great place to work.
Systems Engineer (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GADecember 28, 2015
All Covered is a great place to work. No day out in the field is ever the same. You will learn something new daily when working on your "current" market's clients as well as other clients in other markets throughout the US.

The only downside to this job was a lack of training which may have improved since I was last employed there.
Pros
Team Meetings, Great vacation accrual & benefits
Cons
Driving from client site to client site throughout the day.

Senior Analyst - Finance & Operations (Former Employee) –  Redwood City, CASeptember 8, 2015
It used to be all about whom you worked for and what you did and if you were in a function that was a revenue generator. Since then the company has gone through a lot of changes, so this is not an opinion of the current environment.

Striving to become the Wal-Mart of MSP's
Level 2 Engineer (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJuly 29, 2015
There is never a shortage of work at this place, since they are always behind. The "Clients" regularly have to wait for hours or days to have an issue resolved because they are so understaffed. The Management at the facility claims to be getting rid of the negative people, but I'm not sure that can be done without taking a look at the management that has been allowing this environment to fester.

I learned that there are companies out there who values their employees and their clients. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
Pros
no oncall required
Cons
facilities are dirty and unkempt. People are angry and spiteful.

All Covered
Network Operations Center Technician (Former Employee) –  HoustonMay 1, 2015
Unfortunately due to All Covered's acquisition strategy there was not much stability with this particular company. The requirement to honor all acquired company contracts left the technical staff in a bind. Before work could begin on any given company one had to know the contract requirements. Being that these were non-standardized and given the time constraints on time to resolve any issue this left many techs in a bind. Due to the nature of the acquisition environment All Covered lost many high value clients. And in turn laid off many of the employees it hired with each acquisition seemingly on a regular basis.
