Specimen Processor (Current Employee), Detroit, MI – February 4, 2015
Pros: great job, growth opportunities, steady schedule
Cons: kind of temporary, but full hiring possibilities
Started work at a pain clinic about 25 miles from my house. Was hired in to work only 2 days a week. The day before I started, my supervisor asked me to take extra days because an SP was requested to leave the physicians office. The doctor I worked for had no set office so I would travel with him to 3 locations 4 days a week. The doctor chose to go with another company so I was out of work for a day. Now I work in a methadone clinic 10 minutes from my house, though the workload is heavier, and my hours are earlier, but I work a full 40 hours and my clinic is full of friendly, helpful staff. I am happy with this company. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting into a well paying entry level medical position.
Medical Asst./ Phlebotomist/Customer Service (Former Employee), Orlando, FL – April 15, 2014
Pros: variable long term assignments
Cons: not enough permanent/full time employment offers
All Medical is a good temporary employment agency. I will work with this company in the future. The most enjoyable part of my employment was the versatility. However, the company does not offer many assignments that that result in permanent full time positions.
phlebotomist (Current Employee), florida – April 1, 2014
Pros: it start out good
Cons: no benefits, low pay
I was employed to them but didn't even call me for work not until the second month. They are slow in placing people. It started good at the beginning but ended up with nothing leaving me saying "this is the last day your going to work for that company. Quest diagnostics is shady...beware!!! Promising you a job ended up with nothing. They didn't even tell you anything even if you ask them nicely.
customer care (Former Employee), lombard, il – February 19, 2014
This temp agency is horrible! They are ride and intrude on your personal life, and ask questions that are completely inappropriate if you ate sick even one day, don't expect them to show any sympathy if you have a life threatening emergency. I will never work for these people again!
Lab Aide (Current Employee), Tampa, FL – January 30, 2014
Pros: it's a job
Cons: rude, no advancment
They're alright. I aksed to be moved to a different job that was hiring on the website and they were rude to me saying they had no openings when I just applied for the job on their website! They really need to update the website. they are very rude on the phone!
Phlebotomist (Former Employee), Winter Park, FL – January 10, 2014
Pros: when i work i enjoy every part of my day!
Cons: working for an agency i don't always work
Working for an agency one doesn't always work. All Medical sent me several different places. I would work the front desk, answering the phone, working at the computer logging patients in. Proform drug screens. I would draw blood from patients and do processing. The management on site was always supportive and willing to help in any situation. The hardest part of any job is standing most of the day. The most enjoyable part of the job was servicing the patients.
