Started off as a nice place to work. Turned into a very stressful place with a very high turnover rate on good employees. Way too many chefs in the kitchen. Most of the staff has some type of personal relationship to management whether it was a friend or relative. They should never have brought family in to replace way more qualified staff. I got a great deal of experience in this industry and insight on how not to run a company which is why the review is not worse. Hardest part of the job is dealing with management.
